At Tomorrow Man we create experiences for training and development that put our team outside their comfort zone allowing them to grow in their role and as individuals
We provide our team with an extra week of bonus leave each year. Our business closes for two weeks over the Christmas New Year period, the extra week of leave ensures our teem have enough paid leave to rest and recover
Our team have access to Uprise, a mental wellness service that provides digital learning content as well as access to coaching and counselling services for employees and their immediate family members
We embrace hybrid! When we’re not delivering workshops, our team is either working from home or in co-working spaces. We have hubs in Melbourne and Sydney but we travel around the Country.
