Tomorrow Woman and Tomorrow Man acknowledge that our offices are on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nations.
Sarah, a Melbourne gal all her life, was a boisterous and energetic kid, often labelled a "tomboy." Moving from primary school into an all-girls private high school, she was confronted with the societal norms and expectations placed on women. As a result, Sarah felt like she was inauthentic and dulled herself down amongst all the noise of who she was expected to be. As a result, it sparked a fire in her to ensure others feel free to express and be their true authentic selves.
Starting her career journey at just 16, Sarah immersed herself in volunteer work with The Reach Foundation, learning the art of facilitating workshops in schools and communities. Over eight years, she not only honed her facilitation skills but also ventured into designing content, specifically for teen girls.
Sarah's passion for connecting and empowering others has opened up opportunities such as hosting and MCing corporate events for 500+ people, presenter work for similar organizations, and managing young teams in hospitality.
Throughout Sarah’s life, there have been countless moments where she has felt the sting of inequality and the multifaceted shortfalls that come with being a woman. She’s struggled with mental illness linked to hormones, body esteem, perfectionism, people pleasing, being seen instead of heard…the list goes on. All of this experience ignites Sarah’s drive to empower women+ to use their voices, be true to themselves and explore their potential.
Outside work hours, you’ll find Sarah boxing at the gym or deep in a mosh pit at a gig. She has been training at the gym consistently for 12 years and enjoys changing up her movement - currently taking on the challenge of running. Being a bit of a hospo nerd, Sarah also loves trying new cafes and restaurants with friends.
