Tomorrow Woman and Tomorrow Man acknowledge that our offices are on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nations.
Growing up with three older brothers, Eliza learned how to hold her own from an early age. Her greatest influence was her mother who was incredibly ambitious, and often grappled with her competing drive to break the glass ceiling in the male-dominated corporate sector, and be the best mother and wife she could be.
Eliza studied at UNSW, earning a Bachelor of Arts and Business with focuses in Media, Culture & Technology, and Management. During this time, she balanced studies with volunteer roles and began her career in Retail Management. After graduating, she transitioned to E-Commerce, overseeing online operations for a children’s retail brand specialising in customer-centric strategy.
A passion for youth mental health led her to work with the charity, batyr, impacting thousands of young people with preventative mental health education.
Eliza later joined Tomorrow Woman, drawn to their holistic approach, which she believes is needed to break the cycle of rising rates of mental ill-health in women, and bring the pressures faced by women to the forefront by opening up conversation. She feels proud to be improving outcomes for women like her mother who contend with everything a woman is now expected to be.
In her spare time, Eliza loves going to the theatre, trying new restaurants with friends, reading as many rom-com novels that she can, and baking!
