Immersed in the world of family businesses from a young age, Ben's curiosity was piqued, constantly questioning and learning from experiences shared by his father and stepfather.
Fast forward to high school and this family ritual translated into accounting, finance and legal studies, which led to university, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant.
Soon after adventure called, leading him to settle in London and Amsterdam. Overseas, Ben gained experience working with Channel 4 and Nike, and most importantly meeting the love of his life!
Back in Melbourne, a position with SEEK shifted his trajectory towards General Management. The chance to lead a business resonated with those early family conversations. His professional journey continued, scaling a healthcare business before joining Tomorrow Woman.
A series of personal losses, coupled with the desire to nurture his relationships with family, anchored Ben's alignment with the mission of Tomorrow Woman. Their mission resonated with his aspiration to create impactful change.
Running marathons, coaching and playing sport with his daughter and son, surfing badly, organising a quarterly catch up with his mates and prioritising time for a glass of wine with his wife are all things that energise Ben when he’s not on the job.
