Led by master facilitators, Tomorrow Woman runs high-participatory workshops that guide young and adult women to unapologetically raise their voice beyond the limiting expectations placed on them.
Our facilitators do this by weaving depth, humour, and vulnerability, to empower each person to share and learn through each other’s personal stories.
Every workshop is different. That’s because it’s the participants who guide the conversations, and it’s our facilitators who can reframe and enrich what’s happening on the spot.
Our workshops are designed to be a safe space for open conversation. Participants are invited to explore personal experiences and listen to others' stories.
To ensure everyone feels supported, please inform us if there are specific needs within the group, such as recent trauma, mental health challenges, or learning differences.
Our facilitators are equipped to sensitively handle any broader issues that might impact the group dynamic. Our programs team is here to support you with any questions or specific concerns. Feel free to reach out to them at workshops@tomorrowman.com.au.
Looking after participant wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. Having a staff member present to support participants during and after the session is a must.
This provides an immediate support network for anyone who might need it. Before the workshop, please share any specific concerns about participants with us. This allows us to shape an environment that’s safe, supportive, and fully engaging for everyone.
Setting up the room right is key to creating a powerful session. Please arrange a quiet, carpeted space with chairs set in a horseshoe shape, facing a whiteboard (no tables needed).
We’ll need a whiteboard with coloured markers, a TV or projector with HDMI access, writing pens, and printed evaluations for participants.
Our facilitators will arrive 30 minutes early to ensure everything’s ready, bringing any additional resources they need for a meaningful and impactful experience.
We're here to answer any questions before your upcoming Tomorrow Woman experience. Just get in touch with our team!
